Standalone In-Home Lab Draws – Frequently Asked Questions

This is a phlebotomy-only visit. We come to your home to draw blood or collect specimens from a lab kit you already have or an order from another provider. This service does not include provider review or test ordering.

This service is ideal for:

  • Members with standing orders who want convenience but don’t have house call credits left
  • Non-members with a test kit (like Rupa, Vibrant, ZRT, DUTCH, etc.)
  • Anyone referred by another provider who needs a professional draw at home

No. This service is open to both members and non-members. There is a flat fee for the visit, and we do not bill insurance. However, members receive tiered discounts on all services—including this one—based on their membership level.

Yes. We will draw and prepare the specimen, complete any required forms, and provide packaging. For kit-based tests, we ensure the sample is ready for shipping, but you may be responsible for drop-off or carrier pickup (FedEx, UPS, etc.).

This is a standalone plebotomy visit, but if you’d like to add IVs, vitamin injections, or a consult, we’re happy to coordinate a bundled concierge visit instead.

We charge a transparent, flat-rate concierge fee for mobile lab draws. Pricing depends on location and urgency. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Yes, you can book for a family member or client, but they must complete a consent form and provide access to their lab order or kit prior to the visit.
